Youth Empowerment program

With the concern to empower youth from economically weaker section, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories provides various trainings as a part of its corporate social responsibility.

It's, flagship programme, Livelihood Advancement Business School (LABS), finds the needs of youth who are affected by low income levels, inadequate skills, irregular employment, absence of opportunities and provides them necessary training to get employed in this swiftly expanding world.

LABS gives them technical and life skills training in an environment of interactive learning and mentoring that develops their inherent skills. As part of the three months training program LABS offers courses like Hospitality, BPO, ITES, CRS, and Automobile in addition with personality development, basic computer skills, spoken english, on the job training and Placement assistance.

In Tamil Nadu, DRF is operating training program with the help of SGSY, Ministry of Rural Development Government of India with fifteen LABS centers in different districts.
