PG Diploma course in energy management

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University has entered into an MOU with Indian Institute Energy Management (IIEM), Chennai, by which a course in PG Diploma in Energey Management, would be offered by the institutions.

Duration of the course is for one year, consisting of two semesters of six months each,which would also cover renewable energy and types energy auditing, a TNAU release said.

Any candidate graduated in science/engineering and management can enroll for the course and the first Personal Contact Programme is scheduled for October 8 and 9. Registration for the course would be held on October eight, it said.

Interested candidates can also join the day of registration, on the spot, and attend the contact programme. The MOU was signed by Dr V Valluvaparidasan, Director, Open and Distance Learning,TNAU and P Sellamuthu, Director General,IIEM, the release added.
