Sterlite donates Rs 2 lakh for school

Sterlite Industries Ltd, country's largest non-ferrous metals and mining company here, has donated Rs 2 lakh for construction of toilet complex at analmatha Higher Secondary School at Sokkankudieruppu in the district.
 
On behalf of Sterlite,C Rajendiran,Commissioner of Customs, Thoothukudim presented the cheque for the amount to M Jeyasingh Cruz Angelus, Headmaster of the school on Wednesday, company sources said.
