5-day autumn school in Biotechnology

Bharathiar University here is organising a 5-day 'Autumn School in Biotechnology' for college teachers from September 26.
 
Sponsored by UK-India Education and Research Institute, the School would focus on the modern techniques in the area of Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering, a University release said.
 
It will consist of series of lectures delivered by eminent scientists and Industrial experts, followed by hands on training session.
 
Faculty from colleges working in the area of Life Sciences, like biotechnology, Botany, biochemistry, Microbiology and Zoology were be eligible for apply and participate, the release said.
