The Kerala Government informed the High Court that it was in the process of preparing a set of guidelines for CBSE schools.
CBSE Managements which comply with the guidelines would be given Non-Objection Certificates (NOC)s, the government informed the court.
The submission was made on a batch of petitions challenging the government decision not to give fresh NOCs to CBSE schools.
The Supreme court had in March this year directed the state government to take a decision regarding NOC.
The government on July 4 decided not to issue fresh NOCs to CBSE schools, against which the petitions were filed.
