Toonskool offers three year animation course

St. Albert's ToonSkool will be offering a three year BSc Degree course in Animation from this year.

Students with a pass in 10+2 are eligible to apply for the programme, a press release here said.

The institution offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and highly-experienced faculty to give an insight into advanced 2-D and 3-D animation principles.

Admission closes on July 31 and the course will commence in August, the release said.

"Of late, the animation industry has evolved and grown exponentially. India, which used to receive only labour-intensive tasks, now attracts high-end technical projects such as art directing, interface designing, visual effects designing, game designing, script writing, programming, and sound production", according to Kodanda

"So far, ToonSkool has succeeded in providing upgraded and relevant curriculum to its students along with innovative teaching and learning methodologies," he said.
