Chhattisgarh Pre-Medical Test now on July 17

Chhattisgarh Government fixed July 17 as the new date for Pre-Medical Test (PMT) for admissions to medical colleges in the state.
 
The PMT was earlier cancelled twice (May 11 and June 19) after it was found that the question papers had been leaked.
 
Announcing the fresh date, Pradeep Chaubey, Exam Controller, Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB), said this time the PMT will be held in two phases (9 am to 11.15 am) and (3 pm to 5.15 pm).
 
Nearly 21,889 students are likely to appear in the exam, for which new admit cards will not be issued, he said.
 
Strict security arrangements will be made to ensure smooth conduct of the exams, Chaubey added.
