Two-day Education Fair opens today

The fourth edition of The Hindu Education Plus ‘International Education Fair' will be held at Hotel Taj Coromandel here on Friday and Saturday.

The event seeks to bring together representatives from reputable universities abroad, academicians and aspiring students on a common platform. Students will not only get to know of various courses offered by the different universities, but also interact with the representatives.

The Fair features universities from Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Singapore, Holland, Dubai, Germany, Russia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Australia, France, Switzerland and a few other European countries.

Information on courses covering a host of fields such as engineering, management, medicine, information technology, fine arts, aviation, animation, fashion, hotel management and hospitality will be available.

Seminars highlighting different opportunities and the application processes for the same will also be held. The event is open to students and parents, and they could register at the spot. The Fair will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.
