To take the concept of inclusive growth to the future business leaders, International School of Business, Kolkata in association with The Times of India is organizing a panel discussion on the ‘Strategy for Inclusive Growth’. Part of the institute’s Signature Seminar Series on Business and Leadership, it will be held at the Science City Mini Auditorium on April 29. A two hour long session from 5pm-7pm, the panel discussion will be moderated by Debasish Biswas, vice president, Macmillan Publishers India Ltd. Bob Roy, editor, Times Response, Gaurav Pandey, film director of Shukhno Lanka fame, Indrajit Roy, an eminent surgeon and also the Sheriff of Kolkata, Paul Walsh, director of IndiSmart Group, Dr Sukhendu Samajdar, pro-vice chancellor of Kaziranga University and ex dean of academics, ISB Kolkata, Aloke Mukherjea, chairman, Flaktwoods India and Ganesan Natarajan, president and CEO, Ennore Coke, Shriram Group among others will grace the occasion. Through interactive discussions it aims to engage the student community and raise awareness on contemporary issues. In a rapidly growing economy like ours, inclusive growth assumes paramount significance. Dr Suryanil Ghosh, director, ISB says, “Inclusive Growth is one of the heated topics of discussion and requires a concerted effort specially from the corporate fraternity. This is a small endeavour to sensitize the youth to the pressing problems and enable them to find solutions.”
