Mathematics fellowship notification

Recently, UGC had released notification for five fellowships under the UGC–BSR Research fellowship scheme to the Ramanujan Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics for the year 2010-2011.

The value of the fellowship is Rs.10,000 ( to be increased to Rs. 14,000) p.m along with a contingency grant of Rs.12,000 per annum.

Eligibility required for the fellowship is that the candidates should have first Registered for Ph.D programme in Mathematics at Ramanujan Institute, University of Madras; submission of CV for registered candidates of Ph.D students at RIASM to the Director, RIASM, University of Madras on or before 29th April 2011.
