Natural calamity

 William Nuttall, senior lecturer in technology policy at the Cambridge Judge Business School, UK, and a prominent member of the Cambridge Nuclear Energy Centre, has questioned the risk assessment carried out as Japan embarked on its nuclear energy programme and warns that it is sensible to review plans for the future of nuclear energy in the country.
