An exclusive job fair for women will be held in the city on March 19.
The fair is being organised by The Hindu, in association with Accenture and Sutherland, a press release said, adding AVTAR I-WIN would be the fair's knowledge partner.
Prithvi Shergill, Senior Vice President -– Human Resources, Inclusion and Diversity, Accenture, said, "Today’s global environment requires high performing organisations to attract, retain and grow the best of talent. More than 25 big recruiters from sectors such as IT, ITES (IT-enabled Services), Retail, Automotive, etc., would provide job-seekers with the choice of over 7,500 opportunities, the release said.
It added that recruiters such as HCL, Wipro, Ford Technology Services India, L&T Infotech, Standard Chartered and Mobius among others would be present at the fair.
Full time, part time, flexi hours, contract and assignment-based work profile galore are to be open for women and across various segments of Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Accounts, Office Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Journalism,, the release added.
