Educated India can surpass China: PC

Union Home Minister P Chidambaram said with the government giving importance to education of youths, the country would "overtake China in economic development shortly".
 
Participating at the 38th annual day celebrations of Parivallar Matriculation School at Singampunari here, he said the country was using various methods to educate children.
 
Various educational insitutes were providing quality education.
 
Earlier he declared open the Municipal office building at Sivaganga and Kandanur Town panchayat building.
