Our endeavour along with Centum Workskills India is to build a robust ‘talent supply chain’ to meet the demand.
Centum WorkSkills India is actively engaged with the State Governments in the country to develop globally deployable skilled manpower and effectively build the employability quotient of both the urban and rural youth. In the skill-building domain, it is partnering with Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Govt. of Orissa to train over 40,000 representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions, across 10 districts of Orissa. Besides, it is enhancing employability of tribal youth in partnership with DECT, Govt. of Assam and providing vocational skills to youth comprising surrendered militants, in the Indo-Bhutan border of Assam, in association with Sashastra Seema Bal. It is also empowering over 38, 000 rural youth to become entrepreneurs (Rural Sales Distributors) in the telecom domain.
