Indo-German Science and Technology Centre inaugurated

Department of Science and Technology (government of India) Secretary T Ramasami formally inaugurated The Indo-German Science and Technology Centre (IGSTC) in Gurgaon. Ramasami also informed that the contribution from the Government of India for this project was Rs 13 crores.

The German government has committed a similar funding of two million Euros for the IGSTC. The IGSTC envisages the participation of private industry in joint research projects.
