Headmasters, teachers to undergo counselling

Chennai: From the next Wednesday general transfer counselling for headmasters of all high and higher secondary schools and for teachers will commence.

According to an statement from the Director of School Education said counselling for transfer of headmasters of Government higher secondary schools within the district and for those who want transfer outside the district, counselling would be held at the Government Higher Secondary School, Ashok Nagar, here.

Counselling for headmasters of Government High Schools wanting transfer within the district and outside the district would be held at Presidency Girls Higher Secondary School, Egmore on May 28.

For transfers within the district and outside the district to postgraduate teachers, graduate teachers, teacher trainees and middle school teachers the respective Chief Education Officer will announce the venue.
