AMU professor invited to Spain to speak on Arabic Codicology

Dr. Mohammad Sanaullah of the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) was invited by the prestigious Center of Madrid (Spain) to present a paper on Arabic Codicology in India, in its International Conference on Codicology and History of Book in Arabic Script.

Dr. Sanaullah is the Reader at the Department of Arabic at AMU. He also visited Andalusia cities like Seville, Granada and Cordoba. In France, he visited the prestigious College of France, University of Paris and University of Rene Descartes.

Dr. Sanaullah has authored seven books in Arabic, Urdu and English languages. Two of them, namely The Arab Legacy in Latin Europe and the Arab Romance Parnassus deal with the impact of the Arabic culture in Europe.
