Seminar on minority educational rights

Madurai: To provide clear idea of the minority rights and intervene collectively and proactively to safeguard the minority educational rights, a seminar has been jointly organised by Secondary Education Commission of the Jesuit Madurai Province, IDEAS Centre, Legal Activists Wing of the Jesuit Madurai Province.

The meet will be held on Saturday and Sunday at IDEAS Centre, Madurai.

The two-day seminar aims to expose the constitutional provisions and various legislations concerning education. The decisions made by the Supreme Court and High Courts with regard to minority educational rights and various Government Orders would be also explained to participants.
