Puducherry: In view of the developing economic and cultural relations between India and France, the Lycee Francaise, Puducherry, has introduced a new section of excellence in science from ninth to 12th standards.
According to a release from Lycee Francaise, the new section was aimed at creating scientific class of international standards for a new public of Indian and Anglophone students.
Moreover, the project, with its focus on bilingualism, would be open to the international community. It would also orient the students towards the best science colleges and universities in France, India and other countries.
The course, based on the French system of scientific teaching, would allow students to graduate with a French Plus-two degree after four years of study and subsequently enable them to pursue their higher studies in institutions of their choice in France, India or others countries.
The scientific curriculum could help them to prepare for any scientific studies of excellence of international level.
