The University of Delhi, which is one of the leading institutes of higher education in India, will be providing various short-term courses for both Indians and Foreigners in the country.
The Delhi University Short Term Courses are of ten weeks duration and would be run twice a year. Candidates who want to take up these courses can register either for the January to April session or October to mid December session. A candidate desiring to pursue the Delhi University short term courses would have to enroll for at least three of the courses.
The course fee for each of the courses that would include instructions, courses material, local field visits etc. is Rs. 20, 000 or equivalent US$. The course fee however would not include travel, boarding or lodging costs. The University would facilitate arrangements for boarding and lodging, but would not take any responsibility for the same. The primary objective of the Delhi University short-term courses is to provide insightful introduction to the different aspects of history and culture of India.
