IIT Madras to conduct HSEE 2010 on May 2

Chennai: The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M) has announced that it will conduct the Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE) 2010 on May 2, 2010.

The three-hour entrance examination is conducted for admission to the five year integrated M.A. programmes in disciplines of Economics, English Studies and Development Studies.


Application for HSEE 2010 is only through the online mode, for which the candidates are advised to visit the official HSEE 2010 website - www.hsee.iitm.ac.in

Eligibility criteria for Candidates:
The candidates belonging to the general category must secure a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in their qualifying examination.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PD categories must secure a minimum of 55% in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
