A guest lecture programme was conducted at Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Management, Sivapuram, Pudukkottai, recently. The chief guest S. Venkataraman, Vice-president – HR, Delphi – TVS, Chennai, inaugurated the workshop on "Industry Expectations from Business graduates". He focused on Business Language and a lot of information availability with a click of a mouse in net. He also stressed "Shift from work station to action station". Top business men give priority to people and technology to out perform the other stiff global competition. He stated other "The world is growing grey, India is becoming young". He emphasised the need for expanding the boundaries in business with quality and ethics. Business environment needs knowledge and skill to meet the challenges in the present scenario. Management students have the key role in transforming youth into growth agents.
