Bangalore: Curtains up on `Admit One'. The annual theatre festival organised by National Law School of India University will be held from Wednesday to Friday at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
The fest is hosted by the college's cultural and fine arts committee. Last year, 15 teams from various institutes participated, besides amateur theatre groups like RATS and Mashaal.
The winner this year will walk away with Rs 60,000. A team from UET, Pakistan, will also take part, besides teams from NLSIU, Christ University, R V College of Engineering, Hindu College, IIT-Bhubaneshwar and M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
Theatre enthusiasts Ramachandra, Prem Koshy and others will judge the event, while theatre personality Munira Sen will be chief guest. The closing act will be an `interactive theatre' performance by Bangalore-based group Yours Truly. Arundhati Raja's School of Theatre will conduct a workshop.
