TN open university offering course in hair-dressing

Madurai: Tamil Nadu Open University is offering a one-month certificate course in hair dressing for rural hair dressers.

The course will test the skills of the hair dressers. According to a release, the University would provide equipment like scissors and razor. Tamilnadu Open university is the first to give recognition to hair dressing course, the release claimed.
