New Delhi: The first on-line registration for the Central Placement Cell of Delhi University, has received applications from over 8,000 students of final year UG & PG courses.
Students from 87 under-graduate and post-graduate institutions have registered for the Central Placement Cell though the on-line system.
The registration is subject to confirmation after the submission of downloaded forms and payment of fees, the University said. Maximum 1,723 registered students were from BCom (Hons) followed by 909 from BCom (Programme), 740 from BA (Hons) Economics and 537 from BSc (Computer Science).
Several companies have already registered on-line with the university. The companies will be forwarded students data as per their requirements, it said.
