HSEE 2017 Exam Date Announced

iitmadras Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras will be conducting Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE) 2017. The exam is scheduled to be held on April 16, 2017.

Educational qualification for HSEE 2017:
Aspirants should have passed class 12 from a recognised university or institute.

How to apply for HSEE 2017:
Aspirants can apply through the official website, iitm.ac.in

Application fee for HSEE 2017:
General: Aspirants will have to pay Rs 2,200 for the registration procedure.
SC/ST/PwD/Female: Aspirant needs to pay Rs 1,100 as application fee.

Important dates for HSEE 2017:

Start date of online application process: December 17
Payment of examination fee through Indian bank challan/net banking/ credit card/ debit card: December 17
End date of payment of examination fee: January 27, 2017
Last date for the submission of online application: January 27, 2017
Last date for the submission of hard copy of the self-attested certificate of respective category: January 27, 2017
Admit card can be downloaded from the HSEE website from: March 14, 2017 to April 15, 2017
Date of HSEE: April 16, 2017
Date of anouncement of result: May 9, 2017
About the exam:
The exam is conducted by IIT, Madras for taking admission to integrated M.A in Development Studies and integrated M.A in English studies programmes.
