VITEEE Exam 2017 Dates Announced

viteee Registration process for the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) started from November 10.

As per the schedule, the VITEEE Exam will be held from April 5 to April 16, 2017.

VITEEE Exam is conducted for granting admission to the Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programme. Questions are based on the specified syllabus with options to attempt papers in physics, chemistry, mathematics and English (PCM) or physics, chemistry, biology and English (PCB).

The VITEEE Exam Results will tentatively be released on April 24, 2017.

How to apply for VITEEE Exam :

In order to apply, all the aspirants need to follow the below mentioned steps:

Click on relevant link
Click on 'New User Registration'
Enter all the required details in prescribed format
Upload your signature and photo
Click to submit

Eligibility criteria for VITEEE Exam:

Educational qualification for VITEEE Exam:

Aspirants should have secured an aggregate of 60 per cent in physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology in the qualifying examination (class 12/intermediate).

The average marks obtained in the subjects physics, chemistry and mathematics or biology (PCM / PCB) in class 12 (or its equivalent) put together should be 50 per cent for the SC/ST and North Eastern State.

Those who have studied in regular, full time and formal education are alone eligible to apply.

Application fee for VITEEE Exam:

Aspirants need to pay Rs 970 for each application form.

Paper pattern for VITEEE Exam:

The test consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions and is segregated as follows:
PART I: Physics (40 questions)
PART II: Chemistry (40 questions)
PART III: Mathematics/Biology (40 questions)
PART IV: English (5 questions)
There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
