Important dates of Joint Entrance Exam Advanced (JEE Advanced 2017) have been released. The JEE Advanced 2017 Exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 21, 2017 by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras.
This is a national level exam which is conducted for admissions into various undergraduate programmes in IIT's located in Bhubaneswar, Bombay, Delhi,Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Mandi, Madras, Palakkad, Patna, Ropar, Roorkee, Tirupati, Banaras Hindu University (IIT-BHU) Varanasi and Indian School of Mines (ISM) Dhanbad for the academic session 2017.
Important dates for JEE Advanced 2017 Exam :
The registration for JEE (Advanced) 2017 will commence from fourth week of April, 2017
Admit card will be available for downloading from second week to fourth week of May, 2017
JEE Advanced will be conducted on May 21, 2017
ORS and scanned responses will be displayed in the first week of June, 2017
Answer keys for JEE Advanced 2017 Exam will be displayed online in the second week of June, 2017
Aspirants can submit feedback and comments on answer keys from second week of June, 2017
Results will be released in the third week of June, 2017
The HRD Ministry took a significant decision regarding JEE Advanced exams and decided that class 12 marks of the students will not be taken into account while admitting them to undergraduate courses of engineering. This rule will be applicable to all engineering aspirants from next year.
An Aspirant is allowed to appear for JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two times in consecutive years. Therefore, aspirants who appeared in JEE (Advanced) 2016 for the first time are also eligible.
