University of Calcutta (CU), Kolkata invites aspirants to apply for its Master of Law (LLM) programme in the faculty of law for the academic session 2016-18. The duration of the course will be two years.

Educational qualification for University of Calcutta Admission :
Aspirants should have passed their BA LLB (Hons)/BA LLB/LLB (Hons)/ LLB examination from this university or from other university recognised by the University of Calcutta.
Selection procedure for University of Calcutta Admission 2016:
A written test of 100 marks will be conducted for the selection of the candidates. There will be a 60-mark MCQ section, and a 40-mark subjective section from B.A.LL.B syllabus of C.U.
Around 50 per cent of the total number of seats in the first year shall be reserved for BA LLB (Hons.) aspirants of this university and for the remaining seats, separate entrance test will be conducted.
