GITAM University Admission 2016 : GITAM University invites Application for admission to Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery MBBS Programme

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM), Visakhapatnam invites application from aspirants to apply for its 4.5-year and 1-year internship Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme, offered at GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (GIMSR), for the commencing academic year.

The admission of the aspirants is provisional and will be confirmed subject to the approval of the concerned statutory council.

Number of seats: 150

Eligibility criteria for Gitam University Admission 2016 :

Educational qualification for Gitam University Admission 2016 :

Those aspirants who have passed intermediate/class 12 examination, with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate marks in physics, chemistry and biology (or botany and zoology)/ biotechnology and a pass in English or equivalent grade, in the qualifying examination from a recognised central/state board.

They should also have qualified in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET - UG - 2016.

Selection procedure for Gitam University Admission 2016 :

The aspirants will be selected on the basis of a merit list prepared on the basis of All India Rank obtained in NEET UG - 2016.

Important date for Gitam University Admission 2016 :

The last date for receiving the application is August 31
Merit list will be displayed on September 6
Counselling will be held on September 12
