Sri Ramachandra University Admission : Sri Ramachandra University invites application for MBBS programme 2016

Sri Ramachandra University (SRU), Chennai invites applications for admission to 4.5-year and 1-year internship Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme and 4-year and 1-year internship Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme offered at Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute and Sri Ramachandra Dental College and Hospital for the academic year 2016.

Educational qualification for Sri Ramachandra University (SRU) Admission:

The aspirants applying for these programmes must have studied in a recognised school and passed class 12 examination/equivalent examination. They must have obtained a minimum of 50 per cent marks (40 per cent in case of SC/ST and OBC) taking together physics, chemistry and biology (or botany and zoology)/biotechnology.

As per the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in order to be eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS courses for the academic year 2016 to 2017, it shall be necessary for the candidates to have appeared for and obtained the prescribed marks in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET (UG) 2016).

Selection procedure for Sri Ramachandra University (SRU) Admission:

The aspirants will be selected on the basis of all India overall rank merit list as prepared by the CBSE on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the National Eligibility-cum Entrance Test NEET (UG)-2016.

How to apply for Sri Ramachandra University (SRU) Admission:

The aspirants are required to apply at the official website, www.sriramachandra.edu.in . Verification of original certificates will be made at the time of an admission.

The last date for receiving the application is September 1.

Merit list will be displayed on September 6.
