madrasuniv University of Madras invites all the interested, eligible aspirants to apply for various Bachelor's and Master's degree courses at the University of Madras for the commencing session of 2016.

Candidates are requested to apply through prescribed format latest by October 31.

Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification for University of Madras Admission 2016:

Bachelor's degree programme:

All the candidates interested in taking admission need to have passed the pre-university examination conducted previously by the University of Madras or any other university accepted as equivalent thereof by the authorities of University of Madras.

Moreover, candidate should have passed the higher secondary examination (academic or vocational stream) conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu or other states or union territories.

Post graduate programmes:

All the candidates interested in taking admission to Master's degree programmes need to possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university/institute.
