Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2016 has been released by the All India Management Association (AIMA)

mat 2016 The schedule for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2016 has been released by the All India Management Association (AIMA). The exam is set to be conducted later this year, in September.

Important information at a glance:

The registration will start from first week of July onwards
The candidates can choose between pen and paper based test or computer based test
The pen and paper based test will be held on September 04, 2016 and the online based examination will be held on September 10, 2016.
Eligibility criteria:

The candidates should be a graduate in any discipline, from a recognised university or institution.

The students, who are currently in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.

Application procedure:

The interested, eligible candidates can apply online at the official website of AIMA, www.aima.in.

Application fee:

The candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 1,200. The payment can be made through a credit or debit card, net banking, demand draft or in cash at any nodal centre of AIMA.

Important dates:

Paper based test: September 04, 2016

Online test: September 10, 2016

Last date of receipt of printout of online registration form alongwith the demand draft and other document at 'AIMA, New Delhi': June 04, 2016

Date to download an Admit: August 27, 2016

About MAT

The Management Aptitude Test is conducted for admissions into business schools for MBA and other management courses. It was introduced in 1988 as a standardised test and was approved as a national level test by the HRD Ministry in 2003.
