iitm The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has declared the results of the Joint Admission Test for Master of Science (JAM) on the website, the link for which is http://joaps.iitm.ac.in/.

How to check IIT Madras JAM results
In order to check the results, candidates are required to follow the steps listed below:

Go to the official website of IIT Madras
Click on the link, 'Candidates can view the results by log into JOAPS'
Enter the enrolment id and password
After submitting the same, the results will get displayed on the screen. The candidates must take a printout for future reference. The candidates can download their score card from March 30 to July 31.

The JAM 2016 examination for all the seven test papers was carried out as an online computer based test. The exam was held for a duration of three hours. There were 60 questions carrying 100 marks in the paper. The entire paper was divided into three sections, A, B and C. All sections were compulsory.

Submission of application form for admissions on the JAM website: April 15 to April 27
Last date for receipt of request for change of category in proper format/rectification of defective documents at IIT Madras: May 10
Declaration of first admission list: June 3
Declaration of second admission list: June 20
Declaration of third and final admission list and the closure of admissions through JAM 2016: July 4.
