Delhi University admission process is in full swing and with the absurdly high cut-offs, students are now aiming for Delhi University Cluster Innovation Centre. The registration process for Delhi University admission to CIC began today at 10 am. The Delhi University admission rules set for undergraduate admissions in CIC is different from the usual procedure in Delhi University. Cluster Innovation Centre conducts an entrance test with 75 per cent weightage followed by an interview which has 25 per cent weightage, every year.
This year the entrance test to these courses will be held on August 2, the results of which will be published on August 6. The interviews and Delhi University admissions will start within a week from the date of declaration of the entrance test results. Offering a four-year course in B.Tech which involves information technology and mathematical innovations, CIC offers only 40 seats to the candidates. The centre also provides courses like BA (Hons) Humanities and Social Sciences, which are based on the Meta College design your degree concept.
The candidates who are interested in delhi university admissions must have cleared Class 12 board examinations from CBSE or an equivalent recognised board with 60 percent aggregate marks in their best of four subjects. The main aim of CIC is innovation and research that allows students to incubate ideas that are innovative and have a social impact.
