The CISCE announced the ICSE and ICS results on May 18. The board once again recorded a high pass percentage overall, with ICSE students achieving a pass percentage of 98.49 percent and the ICS students attaining a pass percentage of 96.28 percent. The result for ICSE has seen a marginal increase of 0.21 percent from last year.
The results have been good at both, national and regional levels. The Maharashtra region secured a pass percentage of 99.7 percent in the ICSE exams and 98.8 percent in the ICS exams. The region's ICSE examination has been topped by Tezan Sahu and Ananya Patvardhan of Chatranbhuj Narsee Memorial School, Vile Parle. Both the students scored 99.2 percent. The top ranks in the ICS examination were held by Sanjana Ravjiani and Ashutosh Lohana, with a score of 99.25 percent.
The all over India first rank in the ICSE (Class 10) exams is shared by three students, they are Saugata Chowdhary of St. Xavier's Collegiate School, Tesan Tapan Sahu and Ananya Hardshad Patvardhan of St. Mary's ICSE School, Navi Mumbai. All three scored 92 percent marks in their examination.
