HSEE 2015: IIT Madras announced HSEE Results

The Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE) was held on April 26 this year. The results of HSEE 2015 have been declared by Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Students can check their results on the official website of IIT Madras. HSEE is conducted for taking admission in integrated Master of Arts (M.A) in Development Studies and integrated M.A in English Studies programmes for each academic year. The HSEE examination is three hours long. It is divided in two parts. The first part covers English and comprehension skill, analytical and quantitative ability, general studies covering the areas of Indian economics, Indian society, contemporary world affairs and Environment and Ecology.

The questions are objective type and multiple-choice based. The second part involves writing an essay on a general topic involving description, reflection and/or discussion.
