Coimbatore: Applications are invited from male candidates for Havildar Education in Group X and Group Y for the Army Education Corps in the April 2010 batch.
The candidate should be a graduate or post-graduate in arts or science or computer science with a B. Ed, or a post-graduate in arts and science for Group X. and a graduate without B. Ed. for GroupY. The candidates should have working knowledge of either English or Hindi

Candidates between 20 and 25 years of age are eligible to attend. Selection will be based on physical examination, medical examination, written examination and teaching aptitude interview, a press release said.

Application format is available at the nearest Army Recruiting Office. Candidates should submit the application along with necessary documents and certificates in an envelope superscribed 'Application for Havildar Education'. It should also include two self-addressed envelopes.

Filled applications should reach the Army Recruiting Office, Redfields, Coimbatore, before October 25.
