WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION?

The website meant for this purpose is www.tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in. The candidates must create a user ID for this purpose. They have register their name, sex, e-mail ID, password, father’s name, Date of birth, Mobile number, Ration card number in the web.

The details regarding educational qualifications and related details have to be recorded immediately after this; the card consisting of employment register number will evolve in the web site. This can be down loaded from the web site itself.

The employment register number is a 16 digit number consisting of Employment office code number, year of registration, sex, register number; the pass word is the date of birth.

The candidates are supposed to renew their details once in 3 years and this rule is exempted for alternately talented people. This is the procedure, to enable proper seniority. This can be done through on-line itself. If not renewed, the seniority will get expired. Their educational qualifications may be renewal as and when required. The charge of address if any within the district can also be modified through online itself. In case, the change of residential address is district to district, and then the candidates have to visit the Employment exchange in person to execute this modification.

The candidates should take case in recording the details. If any error occurred, the candidates have to visit the concerned office for further correction and modifications.

FINANCIAL AID TO ON EMPLOYED!:

The state Government offers monthly financial Assistance for the candidates who have registered in the employment office and not yet get any job. To get this financial Aid, the 5 years should be completed after getting registered on the Employment Exchange office. This period is one year for alternately talented people, but the seniority should be in force. The age criteria must be with in 40 for general candidates and 45 for SC & ST. The candidates should not be in any kind of job, to get this financial assistance and the annual income of the family must be Rs.24,000 or below.

Rs.150 with be given for X passed candidates and Rs.200 for XII passed candidates and Rs.300 for gradates. The assistance will be given for 5 years and alternatively gifted people will get this for 10 years. The candidate availing this should give the declaration from every year.

SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGES FOR ALTERNATELY GIFTED PEOPLE:

The statistics recorded the registration of one lac and five thousand eight hundred and twenty nine candidates in employment exchanges.
