Letter from a law student to save fire workers

S.Rajathi, a law student wrote an emotional letter to Madras High Court to seek action to amend the existing Factories Act and Explosives Act as Public Litigation and consider it as Suo motto. It is realized that the PLC petitioner lost her father in a fire workers factory in Sattur of Virudhunagar District.
