Two month programme in project management-IIT-D

New Delhi: A two month certificate programme in project management conducted by The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D) for graduates and working professionals.

Project management involves balancing competing demands among scope, time, cost and quality as well as meeting differing needs and expectations of various stakeholders.

This course aims to develop an understanding of the tools and techniques for effective management of resources and cost in projects; provides an insight into project leadership and risk management and acquaints participants with computerized project management systems.

Students will be awarded a certificate by IIT-D after the completion of course. The last date for submitting forms is April 5.

The two- month programme will be based on interpersorsonal communication, lectures on working problem, real life case studies, live corporate examples, general discussions and assignment.
