No electricity - No Practical's demand from students

XII students from southern and western districts of Tamil Nadu demanded the Government to avoid practical examinations in the forthcoming March, because of current failure. They complained that urban students in Chennai are enjoying all facilities and infrastructure with electricity while they are suffering.
