Many organisation stopped recruitment because of Economic depression in the country. The job opportunities declined around 9% in September. But still, campus interview are going on in colleges by public sector undertaking and, other organisation for office works. As on the financial year ended in June., there is a economic decline of 4.4%. This created the shortage of workers in various organisation, including textile, and construction.

In real estate and construction over out of the 5 crore people employed, 2 crore are simply technical experts. But,for the same construction industry there is a big shortage of plumber, electricians, and workers. In India, 7 crore people are employed in textile industry. But is USA and European countries, there is a demand for textile workers. There is a decline in motor industries. There is increase of workers in Urban development. Under this circumstances the public sector undertaking like NTPL, NHRL power grid corporation of India, SAIL constantly offering employments.
