Temporary Teachers in Colleges

The practiced appointing temporary teachers and low salary is disturbing the education system like anything.

In many colleges in Oddisha, there are lecturers working for a megre salary of Rs.5000/- per month. Through out extra appointing low work aged temporary teacher becomes a practice. Many colleges and universities are hiring teacher on contract basis. Most of those teachers may not have qualified like M.Phil or Phd.
