Vice Chairman of University Grant commission- statement

Dr. H. Devaraj, the Vice Chairman of University Grants Commission insisted universities to change their attitude to develop higher education.  He highlighted the pushing issues in higher education like sub standard institutions, quality education failure in keeping up of Academic standard, old academic curriculum, less motivation, no accountability and responsibilities besides mismanagement. He said that lot of efforts are necessary to rectify these issues.
