Indian Institute of Technology Research Park

Indian Institute of Madras started building the facility with an area of operation of 85 lac square  seat area for the purpose of Research part.  The park is the first of its kind in India.  As such it has over companies IIT is expanding in an attempt to accommodate more companies.

The first tower has been functioning since March 2010 with more than 24 clients for Research and Development.
