The statistics says that the family 20.6% of parents belongs to the income goup of 8 lacs and above, 12.7% between 1 – 2 lacs, 11.6% upto one lac, 10.5% between 2 lacs and 3 lacs, 10.5% 3 to 4 lacs and 9.13% between 4 and 5 lacs on. Regarding the parents occupation is concerned, 29.8% of the total students qualified is from government services, 17.3% from business, 10% from public sector. 8.4% is simply nother and 7.7% from the private sector. Out of the total qualified students 17.7% is from Adrra Pradesh, 17.4% is from Rajasthan, 12.1% from Uttarpradesh, 7.4% from Maharashtra, 7.2% from Delhi and 7.1% from Madhya Pradesh.

In Jaipur 9262 students registered fro IIT and 2188 were qualified. In the city of Delhi 10,011 are registered and 1900 are qualified. In Hydrabad out of 7698 students who have registered 1702 are qualified. In Vijayawada 1088 qualified out of 4690 who have registered. As a whole, 75.8% of students from the cities, 15.9% from town, 8.1% from villages were qualified.
