Review of BE courses

The news that 80,000 seats are vacant in Tamil Nadu Engineering Colleges is alarming.  The Minister of Higher Education  P. Palaniappan said that the state Government would review the states Engineering Education.  He referred the improvement occurred in Veterinary courses.  Early the students who scored 154 as cut off only can join Veterinary courses, where they need the cut off of 190 out of 200.  So, the minister optimistically stated that by reviewing the system of Engineering Education the vacancy position can be brought under control.
