It is obvious that the Engineering students suffer in Mathematics examination and the students face failure in the I year of Engineering course.  The analysis says that this failure is because of two reasons, that is the students skips chapters in Mathematics aiming onlyl marks in XII.  In one way or other that schools, in particular private school who mainly focusses marks for their schools, ignoring the future of the students forces the students to study Mark based subjects in short cut and memorizing style.  Skipping the subjects in Mathematics in IX std and XI Std in the school becomes the reason for this serious Academic issue in the Engineering Colleges. So Anna University decides to introduce a Bridge Course for Mathematics before the Commencement of syllabus in Engineering.
