                Engineering Colleges adopts a two edged strategy to sort out the issues of unemployability of under graduation.  Colleges try to minimize the arrears of the students by teaching them the basics of the subjects. Besides it is proposed to organize skill Development courses also.  It is reported by the Secretary of Tamil Nadu Energy Administrator Dr. Rhymend Uthoriraj that the reason for the failure of B.E Students is that they skip their XI portions in specifically Mathematics.
